Book Drive Is a Success
50 Books for 50 Years Service Project — School libraries have been hard hit by budget cuts. For example new library books have not been a budgeted item at Sunset Park Elementary for 8 years. Our 50 Years service project has already exceeded it’s goal of 50 books for the Sunset Park Elementary School Library. But Messiah Members are encouraged to keep the books coming. We are now on track to donate 50 books to two more schools: Mary C. Williams Elementary and Wrightsboro Elementary.
